Right on the Puget Sound, it's amazing the way this home brings the modern elements of South Beach to Seattle. It really is one of the nicest homes I've ever seen.

Granted, for a cool $28 Million I would expect it to make the top ten list of my favorite homes ever. Thankfully, it does.
