The 6 Former Boise State Broncos In The 2025-2026 NFL Playoffs

This football season it was a good season to be a Boise State Bronco. And not just for the Broncos team but for Bronco alumni as well. This year a ton of Boise State Broncos were kicking butt and taking names in the NFL. We've watched Broncos get awarded for player of the week several times and Ashton Jeanty just recently won Rookie of the week.

The regular season is coming to an end and it's almost time for the NFL playoffs to start. The NFL playoff season features six different Boise State Broncos all going for the Super Bowl.

There's a very good chance that a Bronco may even make it to the Super Bowl this year!

Khalil Shakir who plays wide receiver to the Buffalo Bills will be in the playoffs. Safety for the Denver Broncos JL Skinner will be in the playoffs. Offensive lineman Ezra Cleveland for the Jacksonville Jaguars will be in the playoffs. Scott Matlock a fullback and defensive tackle for the Los Angeles Chargers will be the playoffs. Running back George Holani and defensive end Demarcus AKA tank Lawrence who both play for the Seattle Seahawks will also be in the NFL playoffs.

In the Wild Card Weekend we will already see Khalil Shakir going up against Ezra Cleveland in the first round as the Bills face the Jaguars.

With six different Broncos and five different teams featured we hope to see a Boise State Bronco playing in the Super Bowl this year. Congratulations to all the Broncos who made it!
