It seems that the old days of a busy news day involving a goat or a crosswalk are over in the Treasure Valley. Lately, we've seen a rash of incidents involving local police and criminals shooting at them.
Gerald Michale Bullinger is on the run and the Canyon County Sheriff's Office has named as a person of interest in a triple murder case. The three bodies were found recently after concerned relatives asked authorities to visit the home on Kcid Rd.
We pride ourselves that the Treasure Valley is a safe place. We're blessed that major crimes do not happen here. Two incidents last weekend seem to have changed that perspective. Is it time that we arm up in the Valley?
