One Big Reason Why Californians Will Never Stop Moving to Idaho
Does anyone else feel like there's at least 2 million people in just the Boise area alone?
Well, believe it or not, there's not even that many people in the entire state of Idaho.
Sure doesn't feel like that! But the total population of Idaho in 2023 is 1,973,752 people.
That number comes from World Population Review, and here's why it pertains to Californians moving to Idaho...
In one corner, we've got our beloved state of Idaho, holdin' strong with 1.9 million proud Idahoans.
In another corner, we've got the big kahuna, Los Angeles County, with a jaw-dropping 10+ MILLION people — in just LA County alone!
That means you can fit the entire population of Idaho inside LA County a whopping five times! Yeah, that's crazy right?!
Why does this matter? What does this have to do with Californians moving to Idaho?
Well, there are a million reasons why Californians are moving to Idaho, but one reason why that will likely never stop happening is because of the sheer amount of people and population sizes...
California has approximately 39 million people, and with numbers that big, only a mere few have actually made the move to Idaho. And that's not considering the people moving here from other states, either.
We think it's busy here now? Well... we've just gotta brace ourselves, I guess, because it probably isn't going to stop anytime soon. I know for most of us this comes as bad news, but there's one good thing, and that is we know FOR SURE Idaho is a much better state.
