Saddle Up This Weekend With The Mane Event in Boise, It’s Free!
The Western Riding in Boise who was founded in 1941, is hosting a FREE Equine Education day and will "include all things HORSES!".
This is such a great family event especially for those who may not be able to be around horses every single day!
This a two day free event that starts on Saturday, September 17 and they welcome beginners, kids and will be an area to teach everyone about safe handling and equine care. Don't worry if you have years of experience being around horses they will have something for you too!
Leave your horses at home it's a spectator only activity, which means less work for you!
You can expect education booths for local clubs, great training presentations, and equine health demos according to their Facebook post.
If you or your kiddos love being around horses and enjoy the great community we have here in Treasure Valley and the state of Idaho this will be a great event for you to attend. Bonus, the weather is going to be great and the Western Riding Club will be serving their Famous Fair Western Burger.
They will have trainers on Saturday and Sunday in the main arena and the round pen.
This could be great opportunity for those who are interest in even purchasing a horse, on Saturday in the round pen at 1:00 pm they'll discuss buying & caring for your first horse!
