Perhaps the media would like to experience living in a police-less society?

Those that commit crimes will be held accountable by our criminal justice system. Everyone is entitled to a fair trial says the Constitution.

A memo distributed to state law enforcement agencies reads, "Hemp and cannabis look, feel and smell the same, and both can be smoked. Currently, there is no way to distinguish between hemp and cannabis based on plain view or odor alone."

A local business wants to sell CBD Oils in Idaho.  He says his oils do not contain THC.  State law prevents such oils from being sold in Idaho.

The video of this young nurse in Utah being abused by law enforcement has gone viral. It turns out she was protecting a man from right here in Idaho, and here's the kicker... the man lying on his death bed is also part of law enforcement.
