These 2 Idaho Houses For Sale Are Less Than $20K Each
As living expenses continue to rise across the US, a good deal on a home is becoming more difficult to come across. That's not to say they're not out there because they are and we found two homes that are perfect for someone who is just starting out or into flipping homes.
Two Idaho homes are for sale for less than the price of a used car
No, seriously, these two homes we found have a lower price point than the average price of a used car.
According to Kelley Blue Book, the average price of a used car back in October was $26,533. Now, just because these houses are going for so low, doesn't mean you'll be getting a bad deal.
Will you have to put some work into them? Of course, but don't you have to do with every home purchase anyway?
If you've ever gone through the home-buying process, you know there are a lot of steps that you need to take before you can walk through the front door of your new home with keys in hand.
Between the two homes that we found for sale in Idaho (which by the way, are currently the cheapest homes for sale), you'll likely need a few more bucks than $20,000 but still, you can't go wrong with the starting prices.
