"New year, new me"
As we near the start of the new year, one of the most popular new year's resolutions is "personal improvement" as well as resolutions relating to career and money. Statista.com reports that 21% of people's new year resolutions involve "personal improvement", 16% have resolutions relating to "career or job goals", and 13% of people focus their new year's resolutions on "financial goals."
One could argue that all three of those categories are the same if not tied into one another. Money might not buy happiness, but it sure does help keep the stress away!
Now that we know it takes at least $60k a year to support a family, do you want to make more money? If you're skeptical, I know what you might be thinking...
"I don't have the qualifications to get a job that pays that much."
That's not necessarily true! While a few of these jobs require education and previous experience, there are a few that are willing to mold and train you to do the job. This could also serve the purpose of showing you what's out there. If you're unhappy with your job, this could be a good way to refocus your goals and strive for the position (or income) you truly want. It won't be easy for all of these jobs, but that's why they pay the big bucks!
