That being said, the hunt for a home can be brutal. I've lost count of how much I've spent in application fees but it's enough to leave anyone curled up in the fetal position. No wonder Fortune called Boise the most overvalued housing market in the country! We're fairly sure this hope is supposed to appeal to house flippers. According to the listing, it's in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, Winstead Park and Bear Island Brewery. We love Bear Island, but we're not sure we'd pay that much for a house in this condition just to live by it.
