Look, we have a lot to be grateful for in Idaho. There are so many things you can enjoy that are exclusive to Idaho - Boise State's blue football, authentic fry sauce, and authentic finger steaks.

But is it enough?

Boise is known for being one of the premier towns for foodies and evidence of that can be found in all the local spots serving up delicious food.

When it comes to major food chains, people in the Treasure Valley went absolutely berserk when we welcomed our first-ever In-N-Out at The Village. People are even keeping tabs on the new In-N-Out that's opening up at the Boise Town Square Mall.

But, what if we told you there was something missing...?

The ultimate taco franchise?

Del Taco is one of the more popular taco spots to hit up, especially if you're craving a late-night drive-thru experience. The thing is, there's a franchise that's booming in Texas that we would love to see in Idaho.

It's a massive pink building, they serve delicious food including some of the best margaritas, and we would argue... Del Taco has nothing on them.
