The Time It Takes To Save Up For A House In Idaho Will Offend You
There has been a lot of talk about the housing market and what it will look like in 2024. For some people, that can feel like jumping the gun when you realize, you have to actually go through a process to get a house.

If you've never thought about purchasing a home before and want to as part of your 2024 resolution, you'll want to do one of two things: be very patient or pack up and move.
Unfortunately, it will take a good amount of time to save up, especially if you're already renting and living in Idaho.
Thanks to the folks over at 24/7 Tempo, a study was done to determine just how long it would take to save up money for a house after paying your rent in various states. Once again, the important thing to remember here is that this is after paying rent on a home already.
The cost of living in the Treasure Valley is already high as it is and it can be difficult to set aside that extra money for a home. According to this report, Idaho ranks in the top five states where it takes the longest to save for a home.
