Sid's Garage, known for its over-the-top milkshakes and massive, locally sourced burgers, is about to shift gears with a new opening revving up excitement across the Treasure Valley. Already a beloved name in the Boise food scene, this "biggest, baddest, most full-throttle" addition is coming to Southeast Boise, and it's gearing up to be a destination that'll supercharge your dining experience.

With their newest venture in Barber Station near Bown Crossing, owners Will and Nicole Primavera are doubling down on the winning formula that has made Sid's a must-visit spot. The new location on the Greenbelt will feature a huge patio where customers can bask in their surroundings while eating some of Boise's best burgers.

The burger joint, which first opened at The Village at Meridian, followed by a downtown spot at the corner of 10th and Main, has become so popular that expansion seems necessary.

Sid's menu includes half-pound hamburgers made from Snake River Farms' Black Angus and American Wagyu. Signature items like the Boss Hog burger, with its 48-hour braised pork belly and sriracha-bourbon sauce, is the definition of what they call "full-throttle comfort food."

The upcoming Sid's Garage location will have an exhibition kitchen, so diners will feel like they are part of the action. According to the owners, this restaurant aims to create a vibrant experience with a clear passion for Boise.

Set to open in the Spring, this new Sid's Garage will be a landmark for Southeast Boise, which could definitely use a boost to it's food scene.
