This is a hectic, hectic week for a lot of folks. Trying to wrap up work early so you can enjoy some time off with friends and family. Tidying the house so aunt Judy doesn't say anything about how "..well it could be neater." Cooking god-knows-what this year for friends who show up at the last minute and don't even say "thank you."

It's...a lot.

Not to add insult to injury, but you're going to have a real hard time finding literally anywhere to shop on Thanksgiving Day here in Idaho.

There are a bunch of stores that won't be open for business on Thanksgiving Day, 2025.

If you somehow waited until the very last minute to gather everything for your Thanksgiving feast, you're gonna have an incredibly bad time. Because there's almost nothing open on the holiday.

Here's just a small selection of stores that won't be open for business this Thursday:

  • Radio Shack
  • K*B Toys
  • F.Y.E.
  • Tower Records
  • Gadzooks
  • CompUSA
  • Ames
  • B. Dalton Bookstore
  • Zayre
  • Steve & Barry's
  • Circuit City
  • Linens n' Things
  • Mervyns

We told ya, lots of things are closed! ;)

Happy Thanksgiving.
