Making Animal Cruelty a Federal Crime It was a big win this week for our four-legged furry friends as the House approved a measure that makes animal cruelty a federal crime.

The law enforcement officials write that they lack the 'field equipment' to tell the difference between Hemp and Marijuana.

In a letter to Legislators, the Idaho Prosecuting Attorneys Association said, 'HB 122 includes no protections for law enforcement and will effectively legalize Marijuana in this state."

“The intent of the legislation is to tax the vape material with nicotine in it.” He said. “The 15% percentage is very similar to how cigarettes are taxed.”

The full House will now vote on the legislation. If approved, it will move on to the Senate.
