According to Insider"To identify the best "cheap eats" restaurants in every state, Yelp ranked businesses in the restaurant category that were listed as $ — the lowest price ranking on Yelp — using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews. All the restaurants on the list had passing health scores and were marked open on Yelp as of July 31, 2023."
