Boise State’s New Era: A Spring Game Without Ashton Jeanty

The best part of watching Boise State football this past season: watching Ashton Jeanty dominate time after time. We were lucky to watch him on our screens every single weekend and now that football season is over it's been sad not being able to see him play.

Now he is saying goodbye for now to Boise State and preparing for the NFL draft. One big step was the the NFL Combine that he participated in not too long ago. At the NFL Combine many teams reached out wondering if Ashton would fit in with them. However we won't get the final answer as to what team Ashton Jeanty goes to until the 2025 NFL Draft.

Now Boise State football is entering a new post-Jeanty era and we wonder what kind of team will be heading into the 2025 season. Luckily some star players are staying like Maddux Madsen and Matt Lauter will be playing again but it will definitely be a way different team. This Saturday we will see this team play for the first time in the Spring football game.  The Spring game is Saturday, April 19 at 1:30 p.m. at Albertsons Stadium.
