Boise’s Favorite 'Seasonal Bar' Is Officially Open For 2026

The sun is shining in Boise and everyone is ready to head outside! There are so many fun places to go and things to do and today we unlock one of the next levels of Spring in Boise, Boise's most popular Seasonal Bar opening up for the summer.

The Yardarm

The Yardarm is a seasonal bar in Boise that only opens when it's warm. It's located right off of the Boise greenbelt and is the perfect place to go with friends or family when it is a sunny day in Boise.

Where is Yardarm?

Yardarm is located right off of the Boise Greenbelt and the Boise River in Garden City. It is right next to White Water Park where Idahoan love to gather to use the surfing feature of the Boise River.

When Is Yardarm Open

Yardarm is officially open for the season as of today! However they do post their hours of operation on Instagram. This is the best way to track which days Yardarm is open and what days they will be opening. Considering Yardarm is seasonal they will stay open until summer's over so make sure to track their Instagram for the next few months.

What is at Yardarm

Yardarm is a 21+ bar that offers both drinks and food. You can go get drinks, food, or both but you do have to be 21 to enter the bar.

Yardarm is a local Boise favorite that brings the beach to Boise and if you have never been than this Spring and summer is the perfect time to check it out.
