A well known Steakhouse is coming to the Treasure Valley soon.  Find out where and when here.  LongHorn Steakhouse will move into the old Chili's location on Franklin and Milwaukee reports the Idaho Business Review.   The article states that this will be the first LongHorn Restaurant in Idaho.

I've had the opportunity to eat at LongHorn Steakhouse and it's very similar to a Lone Star Steak House or a Texas Roadhouse.  The biggest difference is the selection of steaks and the pricing.   I've found that LongHorn has more steaks to chose from and is more expensive.

I cannot confirm if they're peanuts involved in the dining experience. They are open for lunch in the areas where I've had the opportunity to dine.

The good news is that the Treasure Valley will have another place to dine and eat steak.  One can never eat enough steak in my opinion.  Is your mouth watering yet?  If not or if you want a sneak pick, check out LongHorn here.

I would expect more national franchises to move to the Treasure Valley considering the record growth that is happening throughout our area.  I'm sure that more choices will mean shorter lines for dinner and lunch.  Which is a great thing!

Expect the Chili's to close in May and demolition to begin soon afterwards, according to the IBR.
