Boise Rescue Mission’s Top Chef Competition Photos

 The Rescue Mission gave away a vacation and a guided hunting trip in a raffle.  Great fun and photos.  Check them out here!

Two teams of kitchen staff competed, creating dishes including: shrimp cocktail, stuffed pork, raspberry pudding tarts and peanut butter lava cake. The winning dish was Beef Wellington.

Instead of a plaque for one winner they gave all participating chefs a knife set from the Meridian restaurant equipment auction.
