Did This Cop Cross The Line?

This is what happens when a pool party gets out of hand.  Did the police officer go too far in the video above?  Caution adult language!  It sure is easy to second guess police officers these days.  However the officer from the McKinney Police Department has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation.  I doubt the officer will be given the benefit of the doubt in the video above.

Could this situation have been avoided if the teenager had listened to the officers direction?
