How Do You Treat A Spider Bite?

The picture above is a spider bite that is on my calf.  I've asked several of you this morning what I should do?  What is the preferred treatment for spider bites?  Please send my your thoughts on what I should do to treat this condition.  My email is kevin@kidoam.com
