Should Idaho Ban Aerial Fireworks?

Recently the Idaho Attorney General's Office ruled that Idahoans will not be allowed to buy aerial fireworks in the Gem State.  This decision follows an attempt by the state legislature to tighten controls on the sale of the fireworks and the Table Rock Fire.  Do you agree with the state's decision?
