The countdown toward Miller's Mission continues as we are touring area Walmarts asking for donations to the Boise Rescue Mission.  The holidays may be a joyous time for some, but if you can't feed your family or your homeless, there's not a lot to celebrate.  The Treasure Valley is not immune to the challenge of homelessness that every community is facing year after year.

Treasure Valley Walmarts are partnering with the Boise Rescue Mission and KIDO Talk Radio to ask for your donations to feed Treasure Valley Families this Fall.  Just go to anyone one of the local Walmarts and ask a cashier for a turkey voucher.  You can donate anywhere from five dollars to five hundred dollars that will go to the Boise Rescue Mission.  The Mission receives no outside funding from the government.  Their good works are through your local donations.

Miller's Mission will begin Monday November 18th once again at the Nampa Wal Mart between Garrity and Franklin.  Kevin Miller will be living at that location till Saturday night at 6pm.  We'd ask you to stop by and 'give a turkey, not be a turkey.'  Thanks to Team Mazda Subaru, Camping World, Lister Frost Injury Attorneys and the Boise Rescue Mission.
