You can't throw a rock around Boise without hitting a Wal-Mart store.

Now when you throw said rocks, you'll be throwing them at a store with a different name.

This isn't just happening in Idaho. A nation-wide change is happening for the behemoth retail chain. For the past 47 years, Wal-Mart Stores has been the proper name for the store where you buy makeup wipes and giant jars of cheese balls. Going down the road, no more hypen, no more "stores," it'll just be known as Walmart.

Does this mean any changes for the company or people who shop there? Nope. Walmart says it's strictly changing it's name to reflect its new focus on online business. I mean, why go to an actual store to buy an over-sized poop emoji pillow when you can just as easily buy it at home on the couch?
