Latah County
Also known as... Moscow, Idaho.
There are other cities, too, obviously, but Moscow is by far the largest.

- Less than high school diploma: 3.6% ($30,538 median earnings)
- High school graduate: 20.2% ($32,684)
- Some college or Associate's degree: 31.8% ($31,817)
- Bachelor's degree: 25.7% ($42,382)
- Graduate or professional degree: 18.7% ($52,407)
As for the Boise area... Ada County is fairly high on the list with 40.1% of the population 25 years and over have a Bachelor's degree or higher, but Canyon County falls really low on the list with only 20.2% of the population being 25 years and over with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
