The Idaho State Senate voted 27-8 to pass Constitutional or Permit less Carry.  The vote was a victory for grassroots supporters of the second amendment led by the Idaho Second Amendment Alliance.   The ISAA was formed several years ago by Greg Pruett and a few like minded individuals.  It's membership has grown do to the concerns over the right to bear arms in the Gem State.  Over the years, the group has gathered over 11,000 signatures supporting Constitutional Carry.

ISAA President Greg Pruett reacted to the Senate Vote. "We are pleased that the Senate has passed SB 1389 with an overwhelming majority. Idaho citizens are 1 step closer to seeing Permitless Carry in Idaho. On to the House!"

The bill now moves on to the House and if passed will then require Governor Otter's signature to become law.
