Kevin Miller begins the week by looking at the latest involving the national headlines concerning Congress and President Trump.  Kevin Miller gives a heartfelt tribute to Idahoan Aaron Paul who will be once again returning to the Treasure Valley.  Mr. Paul will be premiering his Netflix special El Camino at the Egyptian Theater Tuesday night.  The movie is a sequel to the popular AMC TV series Breaking Bad.

Kevin Miller reports on the latest involving a medical breakthrough.  A new cancer vaccine is showing signs of success in early clinical trials on human patients. Researchers at the Mayo Clinic say the vaccine removed cancer cells in a Florida woman who was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer. The vaccine works by stimulating the patient's immune system to attack the cancer cells.  One researcher, Dr. Saranya Chumsri, says ideally the vaccine will work "off the shelf, kind of similar to when you get the flu shot or a pneumonia shot".   Kevin Miller asks the following question:  Do you think we'll find a cure for cancer in our lifetime?

Kevin Miller looks at the continued problem of affordable housing in the Treasure Valley.  He and Dave Petso discuss the financial markets.  Nationally Syndicated Talk Show Host Lars Larson shares his thoughts with Kevin Miller.  They both discuss the continued crisis on the Syrian border involving Turkey and the Kurds.
