Modly apologized for those comments Monday night before submitting his resignation on Tuesday. Kevin Miller asks the following questions: Should Capt. Crozier be reinstated to the Roosevelt? Did his complaints violate the military chain of command? Kevin Miller speaks with Fox News Radio's Jon Decker on a new hire at the White House. White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham is reportedly out and will be replaced by Trump campaign aide and former CNN contributor Kayleigh McEnany.Grisham took over the job in July of last year, replacing Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
