The amount of women and children seeking shelter rise significantly says Roscoe.  The Boise Rescue Mission relies on local donations to fund their operations.  The Mission does not accept any federal or state government funding.

Here's a top ten list of items needed by the Mission this Summer:

1. Sunscreen

2. Bug spray

3. Children's Clothing ages 12 years and up.

4. Twin sheets and pillowcases.

5. Allergy medicine for children.

6. Baby wipes

7. Non-perishable food

8. Towels

9. Bleach and laundry soap.

10. Bath soap.

The impact your donation on our folks is immeasurable, says Roscoe.  Make a difference in Nampa or by donating here.
