Kevin Miller begins the show by reviewing the bills that the Idaho Legislagture have passed during this long session.  He reminds the audience that the legislature failed to move, write a bill, or make an attempt to repeal the state's grocery tax.  Kevin Miller believes that the Hemp plant will not be legalized in Idaho.  He says that Hemp is the first shot in the upcoming 'marijuana wars' coming to the Gem State.  He looks reviews the budget and takes calls from listeners responding to his reporting.  Today's guests: 6:35 a.m. – Fox News Radio’s Eben Brown reports a lawsuit has been filed against the city of Pittsburgh by a pro second amendment group.  Kevin Miller reminds folks that the city is run by a bunch of liberals.  He takes calls from listeners who fear that the government will try to take away their right to keep and bear arms. ; 7:35 a.m. – Also from Fox, Rachel Sutherland has the latest on AG Barr.  Kevin Miller takes calls from folks who support the attorney general.  Kevin Miller reminds everyone that the cash code word is next hour. ; 8 a.m. – Former Democratic gubernatorial candidate AJ Balukoff joins Kevin in studio..  AJ takes calls from several listeners concerning the future of education in Idaho.  Kevin Miller and AJ discuss the future of the Democratic Party in Idaho.  AJ shares his thoughts on growth in Idaho.
