Where are the best places to go for Thanksgiving? Well another study has taken some key factors to find out where.

Thanksgiving is a great time to travel, normally work and school allows for some time off and many family and friends can join. Where can you expect places to be a bit more busy? Well here are the top 20 according to WalletHub:

1. St. Paul, MN          11. Chandler, AZ
2. Scottsdale, AZ       12. Henderson, NV
3. Virginia Beach, VA 13. Mesa, AZ
4. Orlando, FL            14. Minneapolis, MN
5. Denver, CO            15. Plano, TX
6. Gilbert, AZ              16. Miami, FL
7. Louisville, KY          17. Lexington-Fayette, KY
8. Raleigh, NC            18. Colorado Springs, CO
9. Irvine, CA                19. Fort Wayne, IN
10. Norfolk, VA            20. Wichita, KS

Boise barely missed out on the top 20 coming in at #24.

The great thing about this article is it also shows you some of the worst places to visit that are at the bottom that deal with many delayed flights and other things that makeup Thanksgiving travel a pain. I was shocked that Colorado Springs, CO is the #1 spot for the weather on Thanksgiving and for travel.
