A conference designed by women for women is happening in Boise next month, and it will be a great place to grab some info and inspiration.  Oh, and how often does this happen.  Ages 18 and under are free!

The only question really, is whether we take the kids or leave them with the sitter and make it a day out with our best girlfriends. Either way works because this conference will be totally family friendly with a kids area and activities to entertain them.  Or if you feel like making it a social event with friends, they'll have drinks and appetizers and some comfy seats for chit chatting.  The cost of admission includes a drink ticket.

The point of the event is to learn something new about health and wellness and to be inspired to incorporate some new tips and tricks as we overcome the hard stuff.  Like losing weight after having a baby.  Wow.  It ain't easy, right?  I gained 33 pounds with pregnancy and it took four or five months afterward to completely deflate.  And don't even get us started on the emotional side of pregnancy and postpartum.  They'll cover that roller coaster at the conference too, plus lots more.

It's the first time a conference designed by women for women has happened in Boise, and it's one of the few places you can get those teens in free.  Usually, the cutoff for the free admission is 12.

The Boise Women's Health and Wellness Conference is coming up Sunday, June 3rd from 1 to 5pm, and it's only five bucks to get in.  You can register HERE.
