Idaho Remembers Charlie Kirk, A Champion For Conservative Values
The world continues to react to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. At just 31, Mr. Kirk lived the life of most folks two or three times his age. He founded the powerful Conservative Turning Point at the age of 18. In an age of apathy, Mr. Kirk was the Conservative magnet attracting millions of young people to the Republican Party.
He was a media giant, generating millions through publishing, podcasting, politics, events, and other ventures.
Unlike others in those fields, Mr. Kirk never stopped his grassroots activism to save America from its liberal decline. I was blessed to introduce Mr. Kirk on two occasions. It was inspiring to see him continue to grow as he brought more folks home to Conservatism.
Mr. Kirk visited Idaho, along with Candace Owens, at the home of developer Doctor Tommy Alquist, who was running for governor at the time.
Charlie Kirk returned to the Gem State to host Freedom Stand in Eagle five years ago. I marveled at how Mr. Kirk could switch from talking about Second Amendment rights with Greg Pruett to college football predictions with me.

Charlie came back to Idaho, inspiring folks at a church in Meridian a few years back. I had the chance to watch him take time to talk to local religious officials before hitting the stage.
His Nampa appearance gained national attention as he urged men to act like men in an era of persecution. It's a shame the left-wing media continues to malign this young great man.
Charlie Kirk loved Idaho, and Idaho loved him. He has truly become an American martyr who died for his beliefs.
