Friday 04/12/19 – Kevin Miller Show
Kevin Miller begins the program by announcing that the Idaho Legislature has ended its session after ninety five days. This session was the third longest in Gem State history. Kevin Miller announces that there will be not be another Initiative Bill, Hemp will not be legalized, and the state has agreed on funding Medicaid expansion. Kevin Miller takes calls from listeners expressing their relief that the session is over. He shares with them a crazy story involving a family at a Wal Mart. The story featured sounded like something out of Saturday Night Live, not a real news story. Several people were injured while fighting while using Karate, a loose dog was running amok, and someone was shoplifting. St. Mary's Catholic School in Boise is the location for today's "Promote Our Schools - Secure Our Future" broadcast. Interviews with staff and listeners are treated to a song from the St. Mary's music class students. Other guests today: 6:35 a.m. - Fox News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports on the arrest of Julian Assange ; 7:40 a.m. - Also from Fox, Tonya J Powers says Alexa IS listening to your conversations.
