Kevin Miller begins the show from the Nampa Walmart on Garrity and Franklin.  He's collecting money for the Boise Rescue Mission.  Kevin Miller shares some new information about an old drug, or weed.  There is some new marijuana technology that's ready to hit the market and is expected to make it easier for police to put the brakes on drivers.Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh admit a blood test is still the best, however, they hope their new technology will help police identify impaired drivers in the field through a breath test. The prototype looks similar to a breathalyzer for alcohol and the University of Pittsburgh is not the only working on this tech, California's Hound Labs has developed technology as well.  Kevin Miller asks the following questions:  What are your thoughts on this new breathalyzer technology and how do you see it legally challenged?  What further research needs to be done when it comes to THC impairment?   If you're looking at traveling next week, you'd better look out!   If you are flying or driving anywhere for Thanksgiving, there are two weather systems you need to keep an eye on.  The storms could have an impact on your travel plans.  The Midwest should see rain and snow on Tuesday into Wednesday. The precipitation will head East for the rest of the holiday. A storm system moving onto the West Coast could cause rain and snow in California and into the Rockies.
