Kevin Miller begins the program promoting 'Idaho Gives Day.'  This is a special day in the Gem State, where all nonprofits join forces to raise awareness for their various good works.  Idahoans are encouraged to give to their favorite nonprofit or a nonprofit that they might not be aware of.  The monetary goal for the day is one point six million dollars.  Kevin Miller reviews the antics of the Democrats that grilled United States Attorney General William Barr before the Senate Judiciary Committee. He listens as a plethora of callers call in to express their support for the attorney general.  Kevin Miller shares the story of John Kapoor, the founder and former chairman of Insys Therapeutics.  He was convicted of directing a scheme to bribe doctors to prescribe a highly addictive fentanyl spray.  He was not alone and Kevin Miller share the rest of the story about the crew.   They were accused of conspiring to pay doctors bribes and kickbacks in order to boost sales for Subsys, which prosecutors allege were paid in the form of fees for sham speaking events that were billed as educational opportunities for other doctors.Today's guests: 6:35 a.m. - Fox News Radio's Eben Brown on National Day of Prayer ; 7:05 a.m. - Longtime Ch. 7 weatherman Larry Gebert promotes "Idaho Gives" Day ; 7:35 a.m. - Fox News' Rachel Sutherland has reaction about yesterday's Senate hearing with AG Barr ; 8 a.m. - Writer for "BizPac Review", Margaret Menge predicts indictments against the former CIA head ; 8:35 a.m. – Fox News Radio's Jon Decker reports live from the White House.
