Border wall means no new middle school As the pentagon shifts funding toward barrier construction on the US-Mexico boarder, some are taking a closer look at where that money is coming from. Some of the $3.6 billion being reallocated includes $62 million meant for a new middle school at Fort Campbell. The school already bursting at the seems with overcrowded and makeshift classrooms, NBC News reports. Other money had been budgeted for a daycare facility at Joint Base Andrews.
